“I was drawn to Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic Medicine because it reminds us how to live a life that harmonizes body, mind and spirit with nature, considering an individual's unique environment. I am passionate about sharing this wisdom in intimate and integrative settings, working with individuals, communities and groups to achieve greater understanding and unity for all forms of health and wellbeing. With this expanded perspective on health and life, I can inspire and empower my patients to take control of their health and well-being. I was in a car accident ~22 years ago and have seen physical therapist and massage therapist on and off during that time. At first to work through neck/back pain and then to improve my overall health. During that time I have experienced some amazing massage therapist who know how to work with your individual body to help heal itself and prevent future issues. I have also experience mediocre or horrible therapist. Due to our location it is not always easy to keep a great therapist in this area. Over the last few years I have struggled to find a good therapist again and my migraines and neck issues have been debilitating. Dr. could only offer me pain meds and muscle relaxers. By chance I ended up seeing Melissa after receiving a gift certificate and have now been seeing her for more than a year. Melissa is one of those amazing therapist that will work with you and your body to resolve pain and get you back on the road of health and well being. Melissa also applies zero pressure on coming back. She feels strongly that if she is helping you will naturally come back on your own. I just hope she stays in this area for a long time.

Melissa is a natural healer. In her presence, I feel seen, heard, and safe. During a session, I am transported high on an alpine meadow, a turquoise river cascading from snowcaps, wildflowers swaying in the breeze. Leaving an appointment, I feel empowered about my health. She gives me every day tools to keep my healing journey going on my own. I wish everyone could experience her offering. If I could give a five star review every time I went, I would.
