My name is Xavier G. Aponte, a licensed Acupuncturist and Doctor of Acupuncture and Naturopathic Medicine. My journey began in Puerto Rico, where I was shaped by the values of community, resilience, and the belief that true healing honors the mind, body, and spirit. That belief guided me to Bastyr University in Washington, where I completed over 2,000 clinical hours and more than 3,000 patient encounters, blending the wisdom of Eastern Medicine with the insight of Western science to create care that is both grounded and compassionate.

I am currently specializing in fertility and reproductive wellness, supporting individuals and couples who choose to navigate one of life’s most meaningful transitions—or those seeking connection, balance, and healing in other forms of creation and renewal. My approach focuses on restoring balance, easing emotional strain, and helping patients reconnect with their inner vitality and sense of possibility. Each treatment is a partnership—rooted in presence, empathy, and individualized care—designed to support the body’s natural intelligence and nurture emotional well-being.

Being invited to walk alongside people during such deeply personal moments is an honor that continually renews my sense of purpose. My care also extends to hormonal balance, emotional health, pain management, physical medicine, neuropathy, and oncology adjunctive quality-of-life care, as well as stress regulation, digestive health, and sleep support. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where every individual feels seen, valued, and supported—no matter where they are on their path.

My intention is simple yet profound: to help others heal, hope, and grow—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—as they embrace their own journey toward wholeness.

* Dr. Aponte is currently seeing acupuncture patients. He will begin seeing naturopathic patients sometime in 2026.
