Northwest Family Fest 2019!
Our Bellevue acupuncturist, Andrea Iwi'ula, went out to meet with Rue Khosa of "The Perfect Push" to talk about Northwest Family Fest coming this August 3rd in downtown Redmond! Here's what she had to say:
The 4thAnnual Northwest FamilyFest will be held on August 3rd in Redmond at downtown Redmond Park. Originally called the Live Love Latch Festival, the Northwest FamilyFest is always held in August in honor of World Breastfeeding Month.
The Perfect Push has partnered with PEPS (Program for Early Parent Support), to create a fun kid and family-friendly event that unites the community and celebrates local services. There will be kids' activities, live music, food, and a Makers Space for creative art pieces! Admission is $10 per child who is 3 years or older. 100% of the proceeds benefit Special Delivery and the Seattle Union Gospel Mission Emergency Women’s Shelter. Both organizations shelter and service the homeless, expectant teen mothers, and new mothers in crisis. 100 tickets have been donated to the city of Redmond for additional family assistance.
