TV Watching, Exercise and Sperm

A Harvard study recently showed that men who watched more than 20 hours a week of TV had 44% lower sperm concentration.  However, those who are watching lots of TV also may have other lifestyle habits (drinking, smoking, poor diet, no exercise) that are impairing fertility too.  It may mean that men who are active have better sperm counts and concentration.  Getting off the couch and getting active is a great way to keep your qi and blood moving – which is helpful in promoting health and fertility.

Here’s a link to the NPR article discussing the study.
